Do you offer fixed fees?

Yes. We believe in clear, transparent pricing. Your monthly or annual fee will be agreed in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you support cloud accounting software?

Yes. We support several cloud accounting platforms and will advise on the most suitable option for your business.

FreeAgent support

If you use FreeAgent, you also benefit from their own built-in support services, including:

  • Online help articles and guides
  • In-app messaging support
  • Dedicated call centres

This means you receive both our accountancy support and FreeAgent’s software-specific assistance.

Tax investigation cover (provided by Vantage)

Clients on our Premium Support Package benefit from tax investigation cover provided by Vantage.

What is tax investigation cover?

Tax investigation cover protects you against the professional fees incurred if HMRC opens an enquiry or investigation into your tax affairs.

What does the cover include?

Depending on the circumstances, cover typically includes:

  • HMRC enquiries into Self Assessment tax returns
  • Corporation tax investigations
  • VAT investigations
  • PAYE and payroll reviews
  • Aspect and compliance checks

The policy covers our professional time dealing with HMRC on your behalf, helping to remove the financial worry and stress of an investigation.

What is not covered?

Tax investigation cover does not cover:

  • Any additional tax owed
  • Penalties or interest charged by HMRC
  • Investigations arising from fraud or deliberate non-disclosure
